DATE: July 10-12, 2009
LOCATION: San Antonio, TX
COST: $70/person for the entire weekend (if paid before June 11), $89 (after June 11) - NO REFUNDS*

PLEASE NOTE: Kids are free and are welcome at everything except the Saturday night event. All paid adults will receive a wristband for admission to the events.

*Payment is non-refundable. If a family emergency arises after you have purchased your tickets, contact the committee and we will try to work something out. Also, contact the committee if you are unable to use PayPal for pymt.

Weekend Agenda:

• FRIDAY NIGHT: Family gathering at Mo Mak's Backyard - BRING THE KIDS!  Attire is casual, come as you are!
  
  6:30-9:30pm July 10th
  The entire upstairs loft area reserved as well as the patio area. Awesome family-friendly venue with protected playground for the kids so the parents can hang out and visit. Meals not included in reunion ticket, but special pricing will be given to paid reunion attendees as follows:
  
  Adult dinner special: $8 for hamburger, fries and drink (non-alcoholic)
  Kids dinner special: $5.50 for a few choices of kids meal

• SATURDAY: 11:00am Madison High School Tour (a LOT has changed!)  Meet in the High School lobby area at 11:00am
   
• SATURDAY NIGHT: Adults Only catered meal and party at the Buckhorn Saloon in downtown San Antonio from 8pm to midnight. Meal included. Cash Bar.  Dress is "dressy casual", like you're going on a nice dinner date.  No ties or formal stuff required, but not too casual either.
